Hi, my name is Karla Castillo!

I am from Oaxaca, Mexico and I have been living in Utah for the past 5 years.

I love my family a lot, I have a wonderful husband and we have a 1 year old boy that keeps us running around and having so much fun.

I enjoy being outside, going to parks, playing volleyball, making treats and being with my family.

I have always loved working with kids, both of my parents are teachers, and I grew up with that same love for kids and teaching.

I ended up taking a slightly different path and I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University, but I have always focused on working, teaching and taking care of kids. Throughout the years I have taught, and taken care of kids and I am so excited to be a Spanish teacher at Treasure Tree Academy and help them learn and feel at home.
