Hi! I’m Jana. I am so excited to have the opportunity to teach children at Treasure Tree Academy. I have always loved children and enjoy teaching and having a good time. I believe very strongly in making learning an exciting and positive experience. I have three sweet, wonderful daughters of my own. In teaching each of them I have seen how true it is that each child learns in different ways and at their own pace.

In my spare time I like to be with my husband and children doing various activities. Some of our favorite pastimes this last year have been breeding and raising bunnies, taking our dog Lucy to the dog park, caring for our 7 chickens and 4 chicks, and being outside in the sunshine. I love singing, doing hair and nails, baking with my husband and kids, serving in my church, and getting to know new people. I don’t have a favorite color because I like them all too much. My favorite flower is whichever one I happen to see that day. I love any dessert and will never say no to ice cream.

I look forward to teaching these sweet children as well as working alongside each of their parents to make this learning experience the best one possible.
